Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Wrong size ordered

• Incorrect address/details entered by the customer

• Product no longer wanted

• Slight color difference due to screen/display settings

Please check the size chart, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a defective product

• You received the wrong product

• The product has a clear manufacturing issue

To raise a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@guiltyparty.in with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• An unboxing video, if available

• A short description of the issue

Once we review the details, we will confirm whether the product is eligible for a replacement or refund.

Size Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if the wrong size was selected by the customer.

Minor measurement differences may happen and will not be considered a defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and moved into processing.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address, phone number, and pincode are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, return-to-origin, or lost packages caused by:
